ECOSOC
Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations, responsible for coordinating the economic, social, and environmental work of the UN and its specialized agencies. It serves as a forum for discussing international economic and social issues, promoting sustainable development, and advancing human rights. ECOSOC facilitates cooperation between member states to address global challenges such as poverty, health, education, and environmental sustainability.
